I would like to thank you for visiting my website and your interest in Cruise Planners and what we have to offer. My name is Michael Rienzi; I have been in business since September of 2003. During this time I've had the privilege of meeting new people and servicing clients throughout the United States and other countries throughout the world, such as Canada, Italy, Scotland, and Mongolia. While people from the states and these far-away lands have different customs, beliefs, and traditions, they all have similar needs for their vacations, a need to have freedom, relaxation, and peace of mind. I can proudly say that I have been able to satisfy all these needs consistently.
Finding the best package for someone doesn't always mean finding the least expensive one. While price is important, it shouldn't be the only concern. Finding out what people's interests are, what their dreams are, and what they are looking to accomplish, are the key ingredients in creating the right package for the right person or persons.
I have been fortunate enough to have been on 40+ cruises, and to have stayed in many hotels throughout the world. Places such as Hawaii, Italy, and Mexico just to name a few. Travel is what I do and what I know. I am dedicated to my work and everything else I do in life. I show this through my customer service, and through my commitments. One of those commitments being my service in the United States Navy Reserves, which I am a proud member of. I also feel what you put into something, is what you will get out of it.
For these reasons, you can be assured that I will provide you with the best service possible in making your next trip a great one.

My husband wrote to your site sometime back in June and you sent back a nice note to call you and you'd be happy to help us. I might add, that this is the first time we've cruised and we really don't know what to expect. In his effort to save a few $$$ he bought our cruise through a "big" on-line agency. I now know why it's IMPORTANT to have a travel agent. They have been less than "helpful" - now that they have the $$$. Please feel free to use this letter as a reference for people who think they'll get a better deal. Yes, you might save some money (not a significant amount from what I can tell)...BUT you aren't going to have anyone to go to BAT for you if things are messed up from the get-go. Next time we want to go on a cruise... I'll contact you!! Hope business is good for you.

Just wanted to THANK YOU for planning our cruise. We had a marvelous time. Spent to much money, but it was well worth it. Would you mind if I passed your name and e-mail along to some other here in Michigan. A couple that I see at my work-out club are interested in a cruise and I shared with them last night about our experience and what a great job you did in pulling all of our stuff together. Just a little note to let you know what a wonderful time we had on the cruise. This was by far the best Brown's Family Reunion we have ever experienced. Joe, myself and the kids really enjoyed ourselves. The professionalism, and service was the best, starting from Cruise Planners to the staff on board the ship. Just want to let you know that we had a wonderful time on our honeymoon. Everything you planned for us was wonderful. The ship was beautiful and our visit to Rome was amazing. Dear Michael,
We had a wonderful time in Hawaii. The flight was long but at least we had piece of mind for knowing that everything was taken care of for us. Once in Hawaii the only thing we had to worry about is enjoying the beautiful place. We had a great room at the hotel, and we could not have asked for a better view and location. We had a lot of fun in Hawaii, and we wished that we had more time to spend there. There was so much stuff to do!! Once again, I would like to thank you for the help of making this trip a great honeymoon.

The cruise was excellent! Thank you very much for the extra goodie - that was wonderful and so nice of you. We had such a nice time on this cruise that both Denyce and myself have decided that you will now be our cruise travel agent from now on!! Also, can you please send me some of your business cards? I have told all of my co-workers how nice of a job and what a deal you got us that a few of them who are actually wanting to go on a cruise would like to use you. So if you would be so kind to send those to me at home - I will give them out! Also, Thank you for remembering my birthday and sending me a birthday greeting (minus the fact it made me feel old!!! LOL).
